The Evo front rod end assembly contains the following:
- 5/8 Rod end with 12mm of threads trimmed off end
- 5/8 Jam Nut
- 5/8 - 14x1.5 Coupler.
This is assembled with loctite to make a solid unit where adjustment is done just as an OEM tie rod would be done.
The rod end can be changed alone, though removing the rod end takes a bit of torque to break free. If damaged or spares needed, a full assembly can be provided.
If you want to trim your own rod ends, I have a model for a 3d printable fixture for placing in a chopsaw or cutting with a bandsaw.
